IOS Developer Digital Services Act Compliance Review, Trader Status Must Be Provided Before February 17, 2025

In recent years, the European Union has introduced the Digital Services Act (DSA), which requires all traders (developers) who distribute apps through the App Store in the European Union (EU) to verify their address and contact information on the Apple platform, otherwise they will not be able to distribute apps in the EU (and apps that have been released in the EU will be removed from the EU) as shown below.

This question is very simple. If there is no need to publish or place in the EU, just select “I am not a trader defined by DSA, or I have no plan to distribute in the EU”, as shown below.

After selecting the correct option, click “Finish” in the lower right corner.

Then the policy and regulations are automatically completed, and you have now completed all regulatory requirements.
