Will AdSense still be profitable in 2025? A report showing revenue data from two AdSense traffic models

This is Google Business Encyclopedia. In recent years, internet monetization projects have moved beyond traditional “technical factors,” and conventional technical issues are no longer the primary obstacle to profitability. We’ve covered the latest policies and trends in AdSense traffic monetization in previous articles. Based on the above information, the main factors currently influencing Google AdSense content ad monetization revenue are traffic, ECPM, and CPC. To ensure the sustainable development of the industry, we’ve been analyzing and exploring these factors. Below are two sets of realistic AdSense brief reports from today (May 22, 2025). Figure 1 below shows that CPC indicators are still within normal range compared to two years ago, reaching an astonishing $0.2 per click in 2025. See the figure below!

The following figure is a brief overview of this set of data reports, with 1.37K traffic, 165 clicks, and a CPC indicator of 0.2USD. This is an account we just activated, and we are quite surprised to see such indicators for a new account.

Let’s look at another set of reports, representing data from another AdSense account.

With 16,000 visits and 5,357 clicks, the resulting CPC is 0. Surprisingly, the ad revenue isn’t as high as the above data, considering the account’s traffic is only one-tenth of this one. As shown below:

The two sets of data above are not fabricated. They are privacy-protected to prevent unauthorized access. Sensitive information has been obfuscated.
