Will Google’s US tax information W-8BEN tax form expire? The expiration of US tax forms depends on the circumstances.

This is the Google Business Encyclopedia website. Google’s most troublesome tax form is the US tax information issue, though it’s easily handled by following some of our tutorials. For related questions, please refer to the link for Google Play US tax information. I recently published an article about the expiration of the first batch of US tax forms filed, covering Google AdSense, AdMob, and Play developers. This indicates that the earliest batch of US tax W-8BEN forms will expire at the end of the year, as shown in the image below.

So the question is, why does the US tax W-8BEN form in the screenshot above have an expiration date, while the US tax information W-8BEN form in the screenshot below shows that it never expires? (As shown in the figure below).

How can I determine whether my Google Play Developer, AdMob, AdSense, or other accounts need to re-file US tax returns?

As shown in this article, if the expiration date shows a specific date on the US tax information page, it will expire (and you’ll need to re-file after that).

If the expiration date shows “Never expires,” it means the current policy will not expire.

As for why the two different scenarios occur, I won’t explain them here.
